I gave a loan of Rs12 lakhs to a party and party not returning back my money.party saying they paid back me in cash and now not talking to me.
Dear Sir, It is purely a cheating case and get file a complaint with police or private complaint before Magistrate. Or file suit for recovery in a civil court and produce evidence having given such loan to him.
1) As you have given a loan of Rs12 lakhs to a party (What all Documents Proof you have like any Promissory Note, or Bank Cheque Or Bank Transfer) 2) As the party saying they paid back you in cash tell them to give in writing. 3) We can file a Private compliant in court for recovery of Rs.12,00,000/-
