As a State Bar Council was not taking up my complaint against an advocate for his Professional Misconduct from the past 3 years, I approached Ministry of Law & Justice from where the Ministry sent a letter to Bar Council of India after all the bureaucratic clearances. BCI further sent this letter to the State Bar Council. Now the State Bar Council under pressure from above is taking up my complaint. As my direct pleas to State Bar Council fell on deaf ears due to the pressure from lobby of advocates, and only now it woke up from deep slumber upon receiving the letter from BCI and that too some designates having influence over it, who can manipulate the proceedings, can I request the Bar Council of India to directly take up my complaint and proceed bypassing the State Bar Council as a unique case. Please advice.
