Hello, I have query related to SC caste Certificate. Mere father UP me Etah ke rehne wale hain aur unka SC certificate bana hua hai manually jo pehle ke time me bante the paper par but us par tehsil ki stamp hai. Mujhe ye problem aa rahi hai ki humari jo caste hai "turaiha"....ye caste delhi me hai hi nahi to main kese banwa sakti hu ab caste certificate ??

Dear Sir, You have to get SC certificate from UP State only. You cannot get such certificate in Delhi.
