SHOULD I WRITE A NEW RELEASE DEED. PROPERTY BOUGHT BY MYSELF AND SON ,in 2022 at Bengaluru. I registered a RELEASE DEED BEQUEATHED 50% share to my son. IN MOV 2023 There wad short conveyance in the original sale deed by 170 sq.ft UDS AREA WHICH WAS MADE GOOD BY A RECTIFICATION DEED BY THE SELLER IN 2024 NO CHANGE IN SUPER BUILT AREA OTHER MAIN DETAILS . PL ADVICE SHOULD THERE BE NEED TO AGAIN WRITE RELEASE DEED TO CONVEY 50% UDS AREA ONLY AND REGISTER ITz? Regards SethumadhavanR

Dear Sir, You need not execute new Release Deed but only require to execute Rectification Deed in respect of contents of your Release Deed.

Dear Client, based on your question, original deed conveyance in 2023 and rectification deed made by the seller 2024, there is no need to execute another sale deed. however it would suggest to visit Sub-Registered office or take consultation to an Advocate.
