Hi All..... How husband able to disinherit his cruel and deserted wife from his property , parents property , ancesteral property , bank balance and husband job benefits.What is complete procedure for it.
Husband can write WILL in respect if his properties both movable and immovable and can get the same registered but husband cannot deny maintenance etc to wife and children nor from husband job benefit, if available.
