Hi All.... If domestic voilence and 125 maintenance case running in wife district and divorce case under section 13 in husband district. Wife was transferred divorce case from husband district to her district through high court. Husband withdraw divorce case. Can now husband able to transfer domestic voilence and 125 maintenance case from wife district to husband district through high court.
