Hello sir this is Aman Saraf, Let me tell you the case which for i am seeking guidance, My mother was a government service teacher In 2009 she passed away, after that we ( me and my elder brother) started living in uncle ( mother's brother) home ,he care for us he doing everything which a parents do, in 2010 my father filled case against grandfather ( mother father) and took both brothers forcefully,after 2 weeks he called uncle and said if you care about them come and take back with you,since then we are living in uncle's house, As my mother government teacher he get. That job because we are very young that time. He didn't provide any allowance nor he cares about us , he remarried and had boy child around 6-7 years old , can i file complain for allowance. Is there any way we can send him legal notice.
