Sir, Recently I saw, from Kerala PSC web site , for the post of Sales Assistant in Coir Corporation , Equivalent qualification for " Certificate in Computer Application" is "B Com Statistics" . Can I apply the same ( ie, B Com Statistics ) for any post that needs " Certificate in Computer Application" through PSC? If PSC reject my application Can I file suit against it?
