Respected sir/madam I am anand reddy from Andhrapradesh.. I took 10 acres of land for lease in 2017 for 10 yrs from a woman.. She filed a calendar case on 3 of us in 2021 under IPC 323,506 and 509..till date i never absent for hearing dates.. My concern now is i got an opportunity to work abroad sir i hav applied for passport and they rejected to issue me.. Plz requesting you to guide me how can i get my passport and is there any possibility to go abroad for working.. With this problem i hav lost my career.. Plz help me (Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh)
Dear Sir, You have to approach the High Court and get a direction to the Passport authorities to issue Passport and Visa. Pendency of criminal case is not a permanent bar for you to get a job abroad.
