I'm hadi an ACCA student at an institution, now I've made an decision about changing to indian CA course from Acca course , at the time of payment I have paid full OTP one time payment , after completing it I noticed that under the bill they have said that amount paid isn't refundable , as I changed my mind to persue Indian CA it only costs 160000rs which lower than I pad 360000 as per law is it refundable for me?
