Hi, I was working in an company for last 9 months which had 2 months of notice period, On sept 10 2024, I have dropped a resignation mail mentioning can I leave by 3rd of oct, but the management didn't reply on the mail and after some day I have councelling session with the accounts manager and she asked whether I can stay or not but I clearly said I won't and my last date will be 3rd of oct and on my day of leaving the management asked me that I have to complete my notice period and I was able to serve my notice period because of my further commitments and they hold my salary and just because it happened to few employees I took company laptop fearing I won't get my salary, another reason for me to leave was unprofessional actions in the company the owner slaps the employee and also curse them And now they are saying that taking laptop of the company they will file a FIR against me. I dont know what to do. Please help me with this
