My relationship with my husband is not that successful, so after 5 years we decided to separate each other, we are married in the church and having one daughter. Now I am living with my daughter, and meet another man. We had a son, and when my husband knew about it he filed a case (which I dont know what is it) against me, he is asking for the full custody of our daughter. Now the questions are these.. What cases can he(my husband)filed against ? Can he get the full custody of our daughter? Is there any thing that I (wife) can do in this situation? Can he put me in prisoned of what I did.. Ans: Incase of female child normally the custody will be given to mother and visitation rights will be reserved with father. Is there any thing that I (wife) can do in this situation? Ans: You can filed counter to such case resisting his prayers and also claim maintenance etc. For yourself and your child.
