Will Revocation

A person's wishes can keep changing. At one point, another person may mean the world to you, that you may want to bring everything valuable to that person’s feet. At another point, the same person may get so unbearable that you want everything to be taken away from them. Will is the document which in a way contains the expression of a person’s wishes regarding his assets to be inherited by the persons so mentioned in the document. However, the same becomes enforceable only after the death of the person, the testator. While there is no mandate for registration, it is recommended to avoid trouble/doubts on genuineness.

If you have already undergone Will registration and circumstances have altered leading to a change of mind, the law does not prevent you from revoking the Will.
